I am getting an error during Windows start up.

nsl.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x0040125c" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".

I'm not sure what I need to do to get rid of this??

I do get 2 options:
Click OK to terminate the program
Click CANCEL to debug the program
